Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a nice view. Despite some minor inconveniences like the lack of a kettle and thin walls, we still had a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. I would recommend this hotel for a nice beach getaway.

I got great value for my money at Hsr Gil. The room was fantastic, with its own balcony, fridge, and TV. The location was perfect, just 200 meters from the sandy beach and surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options. The staff treated me like family, always willing to help with anything I needed.
For breakfast, the only improvement could be more variety in the options.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape even more enjoyable. They were always polite and attentive to our needs, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast offered at the hotel was of good quality, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also a key aspect, as it was conveniently situated near the main strip of the town, allowing us easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. This made exploring the area and finding places to dine and relax very convenient for us.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the room had a damp smell, which was not very pleasant.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The bedrooms were spacious and had large balconies. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and bars. The free car parking spaces and easy access to the motorway made exploring the island a breeze. And let's not forget about the delicious sangria!
Our room had a damp smell which wasn't very pleasant. , the placement of the plug socket above the bed was not practical and resulted in me accidentally bumping my head.

I recently stayed at Hsr Gil for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was excellent, providing friendly and welcoming service throughout my stay. The maid service was also top-notch, keeping my room clean and tidy. The hotel's location was perfect, with a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Palma Nova beach and a leisurely 8-minute stroll to the nearby restaurants. I also loved the fact that the immediate area had its own food options, offering superb value. For those looking to explore further, a 4-euro taxi drive took me to Puerto Portals to experience the higher-end and celebrity world. the hotel's central location made it convenient to enjoy a dip in the pool, explore the nearby hills, and visit Palma with reasonable taxi fares.
Would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast at the nearby sister hotel was affordable and the hotel had easy access to the motorway for exploring the island.
Free parking spaces were available for those driving. Cons: Nothing at all 🙌.

The hotel had a great location, close to amenities and a short walk to a supermarket. The beds were large and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The shower in the ensuite bathroom was excellent, offering a refreshing experience.
the lack of a kettle in the room was inconvenient, and there were limited electric sockets to plug in our travel kettle. The balcony was unusable as it faced the walls of another building, and to make matters worse, there were workmen conducting noisy construction on the roof.
